Delivery Information

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES

NATIONAL [ Within Australia ]
We offer a flat rate of $10 on orders processed under $40.00 . This includes a express door-to-door delivery for all Australian destinations. 

INTERNATIONAL [ Outside Australia ] 
If you would like to make a purchase & your delivery destination is outside of Australia, please complete our CONTACT US form for an assited quote. 

DELIVERY TIMES 
Once you have placed your order, please allow 2-5 working days for our team to process, dispatch and complete the final delivery to your destination.
We will email you a live tracking number when your goods are in transit so u can view the status of your delivery order online. The remaining order details are also stored in your MY ACCOUNTS section.
Your delivery will be made from Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm local time.
Should this date fall on a public holiday, a re-delivery will be scheduled for the following working day.
We do not require u to be present to receive the goods, however a secure area by your door should be made for any parcel drop off.
If your parcel was undeliverable or unclaimed under your address, it may be returned to our head office. In this case, please CONTACT US to re-book your order for a re-delivery - this will be at your expense.

TRANSIT INSURANCE 
Your delivery order includes insurance to the value of the products purchased on your tax invoice.
If u require additional security for your delivery, please CONTACT US within 24hrs of your order being placed to arrange additional options.
Risk of delivery delay falls under responsibilty of the Shipping company upon dispatch. GENERICS will not be held liable for delays however will endeavour to do our best to follow up any issues promptly.
Once the goods are formally delivered, we do not hold responsibility for any lost, stolen parcels, nor undelivered packages to your name or where the address you have submitted is incorrect. 

GST & CUSTOMS TAX 
All products and shipping purchased through GENERICS are marked in AUD and include GST.
